Where are you located?
The Loh Center is located at 1720 Post Road East in Westport, Connecticut.
do you accept insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance. However, we would be happy to provide your insurance company with documentation to assist with reimbursement. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. The Loh Center accepts personal checks and credit cards.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm and Sunday from 8am to noon.
What is your attendance policy?
The Loh Center requires sessions to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. "No Shows" will be billed for the scheduled appointment time. Therapy services will be terminated for clients with three no-show visits or repeated irregular attendance.
What happens in the event of inclement weather?
In the event of inclement weather, The Loh Center will follow school closure decisions made by the Westport Public Schools.
